Information Security Policy

Digimagix implements an Information Security Policy with the following objectives:

  • Ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the information we manage.
  • Ensuring the proper functioning of information systems.
  • Promptly addressing incidents that may endanger the company’s operational functions.
  • Satisfying legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously improving the level of Information Security.

For this purpose:

  • Organizational structures necessary for monitoring Information Security-related issues are defined.
  • Technical measures for controlling and restricting access to information and information systems are defined.
  • The method of information classification according to its importance and value is determined.
  • Necessary protective actions during the stages of processing, storage, and transmission of information are described.
  • Methods for informing and training employees and company associates on Information Security matters are specified.
  • Approaches for addressing Information Security incidents are described.
  • Methods ensuring the safe continuity of the company’s operational functions in cases of malfunction of information systems or disasters are outlined.

We conduct risk assessments related to Information Security at regular intervals and take necessary measures to address them. We implement a framework for evaluating the effectiveness of Information Security processes, which includes defining performance indicators, describing measurement methodologies, and generating periodic reports reviewed by Management for the continuous improvement of the system.

The Chief Information Security Officer is responsible for monitoring and overseeing the policies and procedures related to Information Security and taking the necessary initiatives to eliminate all factors that may jeopardize the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of the company’s information.

All DIGIMAGIX’s employees and our associates with access to the company’s information and information systems are responsible for complying with the applicable Information Security Policy.

DIGIMAGIX is committed to continuous monitoring and compliance with regulatory and legislative frameworks and to the continuous implementation and improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality and Information Security Management System.
